These terms govern your use of Senior Loop (the "Service"). By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Senior Loop is an interview-prep tool offering AI-graded code review practice. The service is provided "as-is" for educational use. Grading is performed by an AI system (Anthropic Claude) against a hand-authored rubric and is intended as practice feedback, not as professional career or hiring advice.

2. Accounts

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Sharing an account or your access between multiple people is prohibited.

3. Payments and access

• Paid plans grant time-limited access to paid PR content — Monthly (30 days), Quarterly (90 days).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page in INR or USD as you select.
• Plans do not auto-renew. When your access expires, the paid catalog re-locks until you manually purchase again. Free PRs remain free.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Content and intellectual property

• Our content. All PR content, planted bugs, rubrics, grader prompts, and accompanying material are owned by Senior Loop. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or use this content to train competing AI grading systems.
• Your content. You retain ownership of the review comments you write. By submitting them, you grant us a license to process them (send to the grader, store in our database, show them back to you in your history) for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit comments containing prompt-injection attempts, malware, or content designed to manipulate the grader output. We classify such comments as false positives and may suspend repeat offenders.
• Scrape the catalog, the rubric, or the grader output programmatically to reconstruct planted bugs.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access with anyone outside your account.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.

6. Disclaimer

Senior Loop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing on this service will result in a job offer, promotion, or any specific career outcome. AI-generated grades are practice feedback, not authoritative assessment. The grader can make mistakes; your judgment is the final arbiter of code quality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@seniorloop.dev. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where the proprietor's registered PAN address is held.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to signed-in users by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
