Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation
Senior Loop plans do not auto-renew. Your access ends automatically when your paid period expires (30 days for Monthly, 90 days for Quarterly) — there's nothing for you to cancel.
Refund rule
Full refund if both are true:
- You request within 48 hours of payment.
- You have completed fewer than 3 PR reviews.
Outside that window we'll consider good-faith cases (duplicate payment, billing error, access never worked). We will not refund simply because you stopped using the product after the window.
How to request
Email hello@seniorloop.dev with your account email and Razorpay payment id (visible on your receipt). We process within 48 hours of receipt; Razorpay then takes 5-7 business days to land funds back with your bank. Paid access is revoked when the refund processes.
